Bruno Maag also talks about how illegible is Helvetica for dyslexic people because all the characters of the font are identical and can’t be distinguished by a dyslexic person. I tested this:

Ubuntu

Helvetica

Ubuntu

It seems that the shapes of Helvetica’s characters become an ambiguous while Ubuntu’s characters are still visible and you can tell what the word is
