I was encouraged to focus on the graphic representation of voice. How voice and identity are linked, also representation of a person.
-appearance and voice – how we expect people to speak: A really muscular man is expected to have a a really heavy and masculine voice. If he starts talking and his voice is really high, this seems disoriented and strange to us.
-also our voices sound really weird to our ears. Why?
Things to think about the graphic representations of voices
- individuality of voices
- graphic representations are different for each person
- language and identity
